SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship UPS Ground, 2-Day Air, and Overnight (does not include Saturday delivery) to destinations inside the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Standard ground delivery should reach you in 5-8 business days. All shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2-Day. We are not offering international shipping via our website at this time, and only offer Overnight in the 48 contiguous states. For international inquiries, please contact us at sales@jewelrysarah.com
For gift orders, a copy of the packing slip will be mailed to the billing address.
REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 14 days after shipment. Please send an email to sales@jewelrysarah.com or call 415-888-3719 and request a return authorization number. Refund credits will not include initial shipping costs. We do not accept packages without return authorization. Unfortunately, custom orders are not returnable.
All returned items must be in new/original condition. For your protection, when shipping the item to us, please package your item securely in a hard box and mail it to us using an insured delivery service.
You will be notified by email once your return is complete. We will credit your credit card for the full amount, minus initial shipping and handling costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account. Credits for all returns will be made on the purchaser's account.
Include return authorization # and your contact information inside package.
REPAIR POLICY
We will repair any Sarah Richardson design purchased through our online store. Pieces purchased through retailers and galleries must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. There may be a small charge for repairs so please contact us beforehand to discuss the piece in question. Email sales@jewelrysarah.com or call 415-888-3719 and request a repair authorization number. We accept the following cards as means of payment: VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. All orders are processed with SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption to protect your information as it travels over the internet.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Sterling silver can tarnish due to exposure to oxygen. When not worn, jewelry is best stored in an air-tight container such as a zip-closed plastic bag.
If needed, a jewelry cleaner such as Tarn-X is recommended. If there are stones or pearls, do not dip the whole piece of jewelry. Using a cotton swab or small paint brush, apply cleaning solution to sterling around stones and pearls while carefully avoiding them. Also, avoid getting any jewelry cleaner on areas that are oxidized black with a patina. Always rinse your jewelry thoroughly with water and dry well after using a cleaning solution.
